Lemon & Honey began with a frustration Rebekah Zepfel knew firsthand. As a working mother of three and a licensed skin expert, she saw that most spas fell into one of two camps: too clinical and cold, or too rushed and generic. She wanted a third path, the precision and results of clinical skin care delivered with warmth, patience, and genuine expertise.
She opened the studio in the City of Orange and, within its first years, it was voted America's Best Day Spa by American Spa Magazine, twice. That recognition came from a simple, stubborn standard: treat every face like it deserves a plan, not a script.
She built it for women like herself: mothers, founders, and professionals with full calendars who want real results without wasted hours. What began as a single treatment room now serves thousands of clients across Orange County, with a membership community that keeps coming back.
Rebekah has been an esthetician for 24 years, and from the beginning she has believed the work starts with connection: truly listening to each client, understanding their skin and their life, and building the plan around both. Skin is where stress, hormones, sun, and life show up first, and it is where people feel the change first when it heals.
The rest is dedication. She is constantly searching for the best, always open to learning, even re-learning, and she finds genuine joy in all things skincare. That commitment to research and training is why she carries more knowledge than her years, and why the studio motto is wise beyond our years.
That foundation is what sets Lemon & Honey apart. It is why we do this.

Rebekah's signature is the blend. From Eastern technique she draws hands-on facial massage, gua sha sculpting, lymphatic work, and the patient, restorative pacing that calms skin and the nervous system.
From Western skin science she draws enzyme therapy, medical-grade actives, and measurable skin revision. Married together, they become facials that feel deeply restorative and still deliver visible, lasting results.
Underneath all of it sits one rule: barrier-first. Protect and rebuild the skin barrier, and every other result follows.

Not a menu of gimmicks. A philosophy you can feel in every treatment room.
Rebekah hires for genuine love of the craft, then trains relentlessly. Every skin expert on the team is chosen for curiosity, skill, and the patience to actually fix skin, not just upsell it.
Meet the TeamShe personally vets every line we carry, including Eminence Organic Skin Care and clinical results-focused ranges, choosing products that support real skin health over trends.
Shop Skin CareFrom hyperpigmentation and melasma to acne, scarring, and reactive skin, the studio is built to take on complex cases and show measurable change.
Our ApproachRebekah continues to see clients. Her specialties, hyperpigmentation, melasma, acne and acne scarring, and sensitive, reactive skin, are exactly the cases that need an experienced skin expert.
Her most important title inside the studio is Head Trainer. Before any skin expert treats a Lemon & Honey client, they train directly under her: skin analysis, hands-on technique, product knowledge, and the judgment to read skin and build the right treatment for it. The training never ends. The team drills every modality on our menu, from gua sha and buccal massage to enzyme therapy and HydraFacial, and reviews real cases together, so every client benefits from the whole team's experience.
The principles behind every plan we build, and behind our trademark protocols, the L&H Barrier Method™ and the L&H Sculpt Ritual™.
Protect and rebuild the skin barrier before chasing anything else. A strong barrier is why results hold, and a compromised one is why so many routines fail.
Why Barrier-FirstSkin responds to steady, well-paced care, not to one aggressive treatment a year. Regular visits let each treatment build on the last.
See MembershipsWhat you do the other 30 days matters as much as the hour on our table. Every client leaves with a complete skin analysis, a plan, and homecare that fits real life.
