Cancellation Policy

Booking an appointment at Lemon & Honey reserves a time slot specifically for you with a specific provider. When appointments are cancelled or missed with short notice, that time often cannot be filled. Our cancellation policy exists to protect our team's livelihood and keep boutique pricing accessible to every guest.

Cancellation window

We require 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or appointment change. You can cancel or reschedule:

Late cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. The charge will be processed against the credit card on file.

No-shows

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without notice, the full price of the service will be charged to the credit card on file. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.

Membership cancellations

To cancel a membership, email membership@lemonhoneydayspa.com. Memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment, and cancellations take up to 10 days to process from the date of your request. Any unused credits remain valid for two months after the cancellation processes.

Late arrivals counted as no-shows

If you arrive more than 20 minutes late and your provider cannot accommodate the full service, the appointment may be cancelled and charged as a no-show. We try to be flexible whenever possible, but our day is built around back-to-back appointments.

Emergency exceptions

We understand life happens. Family emergencies, sudden illness, and accidents do not get billed. Please contact the front desk as soon as you can and we'll handle these case by case.

Group bookings

Groups of three or more guests booking together require 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule without penalty. A 25% non-refundable deposit may be required at booking for group services.

Bridal & event packages

Bridal and special event packages have unique cancellation terms communicated at booking. These services often require advance scheduling, product preparation, and coordination across multiple providers, so deposits may be non-refundable depending on timing.
