Spa Policies

  1. Spa Policies

    Welcome to Lemon & Honey Day Spa. To ensure a serene and enjoyable experience for all our guests, please familiarize yourself with our spa policies.

Booking and Reservations

– All appointments require a valid credit card to secure the booking.
– By scheduling an appointment, you agree to our service terms—regardless of confirmation or receipt of confirmation. It is your responsibility to cancel or reschedule if needed. Appointment confirmations are provided as a courtesy; however, you are fully accountable for attending your appointment whether or not you receive/ respond to confirmations.
– Online bookings are subject to approval; please allow up to 48 hours for confirmation.
– For preferred dates and times, especially on weekends, we recommend booking at least two weeks in advance.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

To respect the time of our clients and therapists, we have implemented the following policies:

  • 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid charges.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost.
  • No-Shows: Cancelling within 2 hours of your scheduled appointment time or failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in a charge of 100% of the service fee.
  • Repeated Late Cancellations: Clients with more than two late cancellations within a three-month period may be required to prepay for future services.

These policies ensure that our therapists’ time is respected and that other clients have the opportunity to book available slots.

Arrival Time

– New clients are requested to arrive 15 minutes prior to their appointment to complete necessary intake forms.
– Returning clients are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes early to enjoy a complimentary foot soak.
– Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to accommodate the next guest, with the full service fee applied.

Health Conditions

Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries when booking your appointment. This information helps us tailor our services to your needs and ensure a safe experience.

Age Requirements

Guests must be 16 years or older to receive spa services. Minors under 16 may receive spa services but must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Personal Belongings

We recommend leaving valuables at home, as Lemon & Honey Day Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

 

Membership, Gift Card, Product & Package Policies

  • Memberships

    • Membership payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

    • Membership benefits cannot be shared, split, or transferred between guests.

    • Membership credits cannot be used toward sales tax or gratuity.

    • Membership benefits may be applied toward no-show or last-minute cancellation fees if applicable.

    • Credits may not be redeemed for discounted or promotional services.

    • Membership credits expire according to your plan terms and cannot be extended beyond that period.

    • Memberships may be paused or canceled in accordance with the membership agreement terms.


    Gift Cards & Certificates

    • All gift certificates are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

    • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced or reissued.

    • Gift certificates can only be used toward full-priced services or products (not valid toward discounted or promotional services).

    • Gratuity and taxes cannot be paid with gift cards or certificates.

    • The new client discount may not be combined with any gift certificate.

    • Spafinder, Spa Week, and Spa Wish gift cards can only be redeemed for spa services, not products or gratuity.

    • Lemon & Honey gift certificates may be redeemed for full-priced services or retail only.


    Packages

    • All package purchases are final sale and non-refundable.

    • Packages may not be shared, split, or transferred.

    • Packages must be used within the designated timeframe (as stated at purchase).

    • Packages cannot be combined with other discounts, offers, or promotions.

    • Package payments cannot be used toward taxes or tips.

    • Packages can be used to purchase a Lemon & Honey gift card for yourself or someone else.


    Retail & Product Sales

    • All product sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges.

Spa Notices

  • We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.
  • Membership sales and charges are final and all membership charges are non-refundable.
  • Video surveillance in our public areas is to ensure public safety and customer service excellence.
  • Calls are recorded for quality assurance.
  • Any attempt at theft will be prosecuted and result in being permanently banned from our facilities.
  • Any ill conduct or harassment of staff will not be tolerated. Please bring any concerns to our management’s attention.

Online Voucher Policies

When using Groupon, LivingSocial or other vouchers for Lemon + Honey, please read all of the fine print associated with the voucher you’re purchasing. Because we are entering a partnership with those businesses, we cannot control price, check out or handle any returns.

Voucher Use Policies

  • We are not able to combine or use vouchers with any other discount.
  • Vouchers may only be used for services purchased or for dollar amount paid.
  • Booking of any appointments using a voucher requires to store a credit card on file
  • If your voucher has expired, the dollar value paid is always valid.
  • To ensure an appointment, please schedule your services within 2 or more weeks prior to the expiration date.
  • Please have your voucher number on hand when booking your appointment.
  • Voucher must be purchased before an appointment is scheduled.
  • Voucher must be used within the discount period to receive the discounted voucher rate.
  • Limit one online voucher per person. Vouchers are for new customers only.
  • Each voucher must be purchased and used separately. Two people cannot use a single voucher.
  • Only one voucher deal per customer. Customers can not use multiple deals from multiple providers.
  • Once a voucher is used, you are no longer eligible to use any other vouchers.
  • Vouchers can be used on separate occasions and visits if the voucher includes multiple services.
  • Once a voucher is sold out or removed, it is no longer available for purchase.
  • Cancellations that do not abide by our cancellation policy of 24-hours or more notice will result in loss of service.
