Spa Policies


  • For the safety of our staff and clients, we kindly ask that if you are not feeling well to please not come in.
  • If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. After the 24 hours, we do charge a $25 cancellation fee.
  • If you are a no call/no show or if you cancel two hours prior, we will charge you the full price of the service. 
  • We also ask that you fill out a consent and waiver of liability form prior to receiving your service. This will be required for every appointment. Please keep a credit card on file for contactless payment. 
  • When booking your appointment online, your appointment is not set until approved. Please allow up to 48 hours for our staff to approve your appointment request.
  • If you have an immediate need, please call for an appointment rather than booking online.
  • Due to our high frequency of incoming emails, we cannot guarantee a time estimate on when we can respond to requests for appointments via email, but we will respond as quickly as possible.
  • We suggest booking appointments at least two weeks in advance to secure specific or preferred time or dates. Our most popular booking times are Saturdays or Sundays. Please allow as much time as possible if booking multiple services in a single day or group appointments.
  • When booking any services (in person, via phone or online), a credit card will be needed to hold the appointment.
  • Cancelled appointments with less than a 24-hour notice will be charged a $25 fee. Multiple last minute cancellations will result in being charged for the full amount of the treatment. 
  • If you are late for an appointment, your service will be shortened to accommodate our schedule and keep the spa operating smoothly.
  • If we are running behind, we will make every effort to call and alert you to accommodate your personal scheduling needs.
  • Please alert our staff if you are under any time constraints so we can better serve you.
  • New Customers: Please arrive 15 minutes ahead of your appointment to allow for intake paperwork.
  • Returning Customers: Please arrive 15 minutes early if you wish to enjoy a complimentary foot soak in addition to your service.
  • All waxing appointments are scheduled for 15 minutes, so please arrive at least 5 minutes early. If you are at all late, we risk not being able to complete the service within the scheduled time frame.
  • For directions, we recommend mapping your route ahead of time. Please also type “Newport Beach” when searching as other similar addresses are nearby in neighboring cities.
  • For faster checkout: If you are a member or keep a card on file, check out is a breeze. Simply let the front desk know of any gratuity you would like to include in addition to your service.
  • If you have a product you know you would like to purchase, let the front desk know and will pull it to have ready for you for a faster check out experience.

Gift Certificate and Product Policies

  • All gift certificates are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be reissued.
  • Gift certificates can only be used toward full-priced services.
  • Gift certificates may not be used on HydraFacial services.
  • All product sales are final, and we do not offer returns or exchanges.
  • Gift certificates and vouchers also cannot be used for product purchases.
  • Product discounts are available with a coupon only.

Spa Notices

  • We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.
  • Video surveillance in our public areas is to ensure public safety and customer service excellence.
  • Any attempt at theft will be prosecuted and result in being permanently banned from our facilities.
  • Any ill conduct or harassment of staff will not be tolerated. Please bring any concerns to our management’s attention.

Online Voucher Policies

When using Groupon, LivingSocial or other vouchers for Lemon + Honey, please read all of the fine print associated with the voucher you’re purchasing. Because we are entering a partnership with those businesses, we cannot control price, check out or handle any returns.

Voucher Use Policies

  • We are not able to combine or use vouchers with any other discount.
  • Vouchers may only be used for services purchased or for dollar amount paid.
  • Booking of any appointments using a voucher requires to store a credit card on file
  • If your voucher has expired, the dollar value paid is always valid.
  • To ensure an appointment, please schedule your services within 2 or more weeks prior to the expiration date.
  • Please have your voucher number on hand when booking your appointment.
  • Voucher must be purchased before an appointment is scheduled.
  • Voucher must be used within the discount period to receive the discounted voucher rate.
  • Limit one online voucher per person. Vouchers are for new customers only.
  • Each voucher must be purchased and used separately. Two people cannot use a single voucher.
  • Only one voucher deal per customer. Customers can not use multiple deals from multiple providers.
  • Once a voucher is used, you are no longer eligible to use any other vouchers.
  • Vouchers can be used on separate occasions and visits if the voucher includes multiple services.
  • Once a voucher is sold out or removed, it is no longer available for purchase.
  • Cancellations that do not abide by our cancellation policy of 24-hours or more notice will result in loss of service.
