Chemical peels are how we move pigmentation, texture, and tone that surface-level treatments can't reach. Best booked in a series and supported by a consistent home-care routine.
We sequence every peel through a complimentary skin consultation so we choose the right strength, depth, and downtime for your skin and your schedule.
A peel only works as well as the skin it lands on. We read your barrier before choosing a peel, and if it needs support first, we build it up before we resurface. That is The L&H Barrier Method™, and it is why our peels can deliver change without unnecessary irritation.
Helps with: dark spots, breakouts, fine lines and firmness.
Keep it going at home: Epicuren, DermaQuest. Your esthetician builds the routine with you, so you only buy what your skin needs.
Light enzyme peels. Lactic, mandelic, and enzyme blends. No downtime, brightens and refreshes. Wear out the door.

Every first peel starts with an Advanced Skin Analysis, so you never have to guess. Here is how our skin experts usually match peels to concerns:
We cleanse and prep your skin, apply the peel in controlled layers while watching how your skin responds, then finish with a calming mask, moisturizer and SPF. You leave with written aftercare and a plan for when to come back. Most peels take 20 to 30 minutes.
Fall and winter are peel season in Orange County. Lower sun exposure makes it easier to protect freshly resurfaced skin. For pigmentation, scarring or texture, plan a series of three to six peels spaced three to four weeks apart, and schedule your last stronger peel at least two weeks before any big event. Not sure if your skin is ready? Read when to peel and when to wait.
Let any flaking happen on its own and never pick. Use a gentle cleanser and a rich moisturizer, wear SPF 30 or higher every day, and avoid retinoids, scrubs, heat and heavy sweating until your skin has settled. Your skin expert will tell you exactly when to restart your usual routine.
A peel on a compromised barrier does more harm than good. If your skin stings, flushes or feels tight, we will start with a Barrier Repair Facial and move to peels once your skin is ready. Deciding between treatments? Compare chemical peels and dermaplaning, or see peels as part of a treatment series.
