Founded in 2014 by Rebekah Zepfel, a working mother of three, Lemon & Honey was born out of a simple belief: most spas were either too clinical, too rushed, or too generic. Real skincare deserved something better.
What began as a single treatment room has grown into a boutique skin experts serving thousands of clients across Orange County. We've been voted America's Best Day Spa by American Spa Magazine in 2015 and 2016, and we've performed over 10,000 customized facials in the City of Orange.
But the numbers aren't the point. The point is that every guest who walks through our door is met with grounded presence, real expertise, and a treatment built around what their skin actually needs that day.
Rebekah is the founder, owner, and creative force behind Lemon & Honey. A wife and mother of three, she built the business from the ground up while raising her family, and her commitment to balancing real life with real wellness shows up in everything she designs.
Trained in advanced clinical skincare and barrier-first protocols, Rebekah developed the three signature methodologies that guide every Lemon & Honey treatment: The L&H Barrier Method™, The L&H Sculpt Ritual™, and The L&H Happiness Standard™.
Today, Rebekah leads a team of licensed estheticians and massage therapists who share her vision: that beautiful skin starts with a healthy barrier, and confident clients come from honest expertise.
