Membership Terms

Our memberships are designed around monthly cadence — the rhythm at which your skin actually responds to consistent care. These terms apply to all five tiers: Intro Skin Lab, Busy Bee, Lemon, Honey, and Royal.

Enrollment

Memberships are enrolled in person at the spa, typically at the front desk during your visit. A credit card is required on file. There is no enrollment fee. Memberships begin on the date of enrollment, and the first payment is processed that day.

The current $75 first-month sign-up rate for Intro Skin Lab is available only at the time of first visit and cannot be applied retroactively.

Billing & payment

Memberships are billed monthly on the same date as your original enrollment date. If the card on file is declined, we'll attempt to reach you and re-run the charge. If the charge cannot be processed within 7 days, the membership may be paused or cancelled.

Sales tax does not apply to membership fees in California. Tip is not included and is left at the guest's discretion at each visit.

Credit rollover & expiration

Unused monthly credits roll forward one billing cycle automatically. After two consecutive unused cycles, credits expire and cannot be reinstated. We'll send a courtesy reminder before any credits expire.

Credits cannot be combined with paid promotions, package discounts, or third-party gift cards unless explicitly stated in a current promotion.

Using your credit

Intro Skin Lab: Credit applies to one Skin Lab facial per month at the listed Skin Lab service tier. Cannot be applied to other services.

Busy Bee, Lemon, Honey, Royal: Monthly spa credit can be applied toward any service on our menu — facials, waxing, massage, body treatments, peels, or HydraFacial. If your credit exceeds the cost of the service, the remainder rolls forward. If the service costs more than your credit, you pay the difference at your member discount rate.

Pausing your membership

You may pause your membership for up to two consecutive months per calendar year. To pause, give the front desk written notice (email is fine) at least 5 days before your next billing date. While paused, you do not lose existing credits, but new credits do not accrue. Resume billing automatically starts after the pause period or at your written request.

Cancellation

Memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment from your enrollment date. After your commitment period, you may cancel at any time by emailing membership@lemonhoneydayspa.com. Cancellations take up to 10 days to process from the date of your request.

Any unused credits remain valid for two months after the cancellation date. After that, credits expire and cannot be redeemed.

Price changes

We reserve the right to adjust membership pricing with 30 days' notice to active members. Current members are typically grandfathered into existing rates for a transition period, but this is not guaranteed indefinitely.

Sharing & transferability

Memberships are tied to a single individual and are not transferable. Credits cannot be shared with friends or family unless explicitly noted in a tier benefit (Royal membership includes friends-and-family guest pricing on select services).

Membership and gift cards

Gift cards may be applied toward your first month of any membership tier. After that, monthly billing reverts to the standard payment method on file.

Member-only perks

Active members receive priority booking, retail discounts (10-12% by tier), service discounts (20-30% by tier), early access to seasonal offers, and invitations to member-only events. Perks may evolve over time and are not guaranteed indefinitely.
