Lemon & Honey LLC is committed to providing an inclusive, welcoming experience to everyone — online and in person. We're continuously working to improve the accessibility of our website and physical space to meet or exceed applicable standards.
Our commitment
We believe boutique skincare should be available to every person who wants it, regardless of ability. Our team is trained to support guests with mobility, sensory, and cognitive accommodations, and we welcome feedback on how we can do better.
Website accessibility
Our website strives to conform to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. We've designed and built this site with the following accessibility features:
- Semantic HTML structure for screen readers
- Alt text on all images that convey meaning
- Color contrast meeting AA standards for body text
- Keyboard navigation support throughout the site
- Resizable text without breaking layout
- Descriptive link text and labelled form fields
- Headings structured in logical order
We test the site regularly using accessibility tools and real-world screen reader testing. Some areas (such as third-party booking widgets) may have limitations outside our direct control; we're working with our partners to improve where possible.
Physical accessibility
Our location at 1421 North Wanda Road, Suite 200, City of Orange, CA 92867 is on the second floor. The building has:
- ADA-compliant elevator access from ground level
- Designated accessible parking
- Wide doorways and accessible reception area
- ADA-compliant restrooms
If you have specific accessibility needs for your visit (treatment bed adjustments, sensory accommodations, mobility assistance, sign language interpretation), please let us know at booking and we'll do our best to accommodate. Call (714) 997-7211 or email staff@lemonhoneydayspa.com.
Service animals
Service animals as defined by the ADA are welcome at Lemon & Honey. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare your treatment room appropriately.
Sensory accommodations
If sound, scent, or lighting are sensitivities, mention this at booking. We can adjust music, dim lighting, swap aromatherapy products, or use unscented alternatives in most cases.
Feedback & reporting issues
If you experience any difficulty using our website or accessing our services, we want to hear about it. Your feedback helps us improve. Please email staff@lemonhoneydayspa.com with the subject "Accessibility Feedback" and include:
- The page or service where the issue occurred
- A description of the issue
- The browser, device, or assistive technology you were using (if applicable)
- How we can reach you to follow up
We'll respond within 5 business days and work to resolve the issue.
Ongoing improvement
Accessibility is not a one-time project. We review our website and physical space regularly, update accessibility features as standards evolve, and train our team on inclusive service practices. If you have suggestions, we're genuinely grateful for them.
Need a specific accommodation for your visit? Call (714) 997-7211 or email staff@lemonhoneydayspa.com at least 48 hours before your appointment so we can prepare properly.
