Black Friday is the one day a year we mark down everything on our shelves. It is also the start of Golden Weekend, our way of adding value to services without cutting corners on them. Here is how both work, and how to get the most out of the weekend.
The product sale: 20% to 30% off everything on our shelves
On Friday, November 27, every product on our shelves is 20% to 30% off. That includes the professional skincare we use in our own treatment rooms, the lines your skin expert recommends for your home routine. These are the best product prices we offer all year long.
A few things to know:
- It is Friday only for everyone.
- Members get a bigger window. The member product discount continues Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, November 28 through 30.
- Come in or call. Shop in the spa, or call (714) 997-7211 and order by phone. Online shop orders are not included.
- No holds and no pre-orders. It is first come, first served.
How to shop it well
1. Restock your whole routine for winter
Cleanser, serum, moisturizer, SPF. If you use it every day, Friday is the day to buy two. Winter in Orange County is hard on the barrier, and the products your skin expert chose for you are the first line of defense between visits.
2. Make your list before you come in
Because there are no holds, the best move is to know what you want. Check what you are running low on at home, and if you are not sure what to try next, ask your skin expert at your November appointment so you walk in Friday ready.
3. Cross off stocking stuffers at sale prices
Teachers, hosts, coworkers, and everyone who gets something small. Tell our team who you are shopping for and we will match a product to their skin.
4. Members, skip the Friday rush
Your discount runs through Cyber Monday. If Friday is packed with family, come in on Saturday or call on Monday instead.
Why we don't discount services
Our service pricing reflects real things: the time each treatment takes, the training behind every skin expert, and the professional products we use. A percentage off doesn't make any of those cost less. It just means something gets cut, usually the time, and you can feel it on the table.
So instead of taking value away from the treatment, we add value for the person doing the giving.
Golden Weekend: give good skin, receive a Golden Ticket
From Thanksgiving evening, November 26, through Cyber Monday, November 30, every gift card purchase of $200 or more earns a Golden Ticket. The gift card goes to the person you are shopping for, at full value. The Golden Ticket stays with you.

Your Golden Ticket is good on any service from January 1 through March 31, 2027. That timing is on purpose. January is when the holidays catch up with everyone's skin.
- Buy your whole list in one transaction. The ticket is based on the gift card total in a single purchase. Four $250 gift cards bought together is $1,000 and earns a $200 ticket. Bought separately, they earn four $25 tickets.
- Book your January appointment the same day. Golden Tickets are easy to forget, and March 31 arrives faster than you think.
- Reserve a Royal Gift early. Our $300 Wow Gift, built around a 90-minute Indulge-tier facial, is limited to 25 boxes and counts toward your Golden Ticket.
- Read the terms once. Golden Tickets are for services, one per transaction, and don't combine with membership discounts, package pricing, or other promotions. Gift cards themselves never expire. Every term is on our Black Friday page.
What to give
If you know the person well, match the gift to them. The Honey Gua Sha Facial is a beautiful first gift. A custom massage suits almost anyone. The HydraFacial is a great first facial for someone who has never had one. Pair a gift card with a sale-priced product and it becomes something to unwrap on the day.

- Thursday, November 26, evening: Golden Weekend early access for members and VIP clients.
- Friday, November 27: 20% to 30% off every product on our shelves, for everyone, Friday only. Golden Weekend opens to everyone.
- Saturday, November 28 through Monday, November 30: members keep the product discount.
- Monday, November 30: Cyber Monday, the last day to earn a Golden Ticket.
