Yes. You can freeze your membership for one or two months depending on the tier. Just email or call the front desk before your next billing date, and we'll pause your account. Your existing credits stay on file.
Your credit rolls forward one billing cycle so you don't lose it. After two unused months, credits expire, but our front desk team will reach out before that happens to find you a time that works.
Absolutely. Most members start at Intro Skin Lab or Busy Bee and move up once they've settled into a monthly rhythm. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime by talking to the front desk. Upgrades take effect the next billing cycle.
Email membership@lemonhoneydayspa.com to request cancellation. Please note that memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment, and cancellations take up to 10 days to process from the date of your request. Any unused credits stay valid for two months after the cancellation processes.
Yes, and the discount scales with your tier. Busy Bee gets 20% off all services, Lemon and Honey get 25% off, and Royal gets 30% off. The retail discount works the same way (10% for Busy Bee/Lemon/Honey, 12% for Royal). Members also get access to occasional member-only promotions throughout the year.
