Membership Fine Print
I am 18+ Years of age and will receive 1 Monthly Service for the duration of 3 months. After 3 month required commitment term my L&H Membership will auto renew. Payment will be automatically billed to my credit card. Any Changes to my membership must be made 10 days before my next scheduled billing. Wellness Benefits not redeemed will stay on file until 90 days after membership cancellation. The services will be considered forfeited if not redeemed. Any remaining charges or costs will be charged to the card on file. Membership pricing is subject to change annually.
Cancellation
You may cancel your membership after the three month minimum by notifying Lemon & Honey via email Membership@lemonhoneydayspa.com. Please keep in mind that any cancellations must be done 10 days prior to your next scheduled billing date. Any auto pays that fall in between those 10 days will be processed as usual. You may cancel before the initial 3 months, however, early cancellations will result in a $50 administration fee and recoupment of benefits received while active. After 2 months of declined auto pays, your membership will be cancelled.

Is there a membership commitment?
- All our memberships have a three-month commitment, which is the time frame we suggest all our clients receive a monthly service to experience the full benefits.
What if I miss one of my monthly treatments?
- No worries, as long as your membership remains active, it rolls over to the next month.
When do I get charged for my membership?
- Membership billing occurs on either the 1st or 15th of the month, whichever date works best for you.
What if I decide I want a different service other than what’s included in my membership package?
- No problem! We’ll take the dollar value of your membership service and apply it to the full price of the service or treatment you wish to receive instead.
